These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the services provided by Casa do Frade, a local accommodation located in Rio de Moinhos, Abrantes.

2. Services Provided

Casa do Frade exclusively provides local accommodation services, with reservations available through this website.

3. Reservations and Payments

Reservations are made online through the Wix Bookings platform.
The accepted payment methods are:

credit card
PayPal

The reservation will be considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

4. Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations.
Once the reservation is confirmed, the amount paid will not be refunded in case of cancellation by the client. Exceptional situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.

5. Terms of Stay & Conditions

Idade mínima: Não aceitamos reservas feitas por menores de 18 anos.
Animais de estimação: A sua aceitação está sujeita a pedido prévio. A Casa do Frade reserva-se o direito de aceitar ou recusar animais, sem necessidade de justificação.
Check-in: A partir das 15h00
Check-out: Até às 11h30

6. Limitation of Liability

Casa do Frade shall not be held liable for:

Personal belongings that are lost, forgotten, or stolen during the stay
Adverse weather conditions
Interruptions to public services (such as water or electricity) beyond our control
Personal accidents or physical injuries occurring during the stay on the premises, except when directly caused by the negligence of Casa do Frade

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
